The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across health insurance, life insurance, and general insurance segments. You will play a pivotal role in understanding clients" insurance needs, educating them on policy options, and recommending tailored coverage solutions to ensure their financial security. This is a high-impact role that demands a consultative approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets and build long-term customer relationships. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across health, life, and general insurance segments. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to ensure adequate protection and compliance with industry standards. Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to explain policy terms, benefits, coverage limits, and premium costs. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for each line of insurance. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, sales, and policy renewals. Stay updated with changing insurance laws, regulations, and product offerings to advise clients appropriately. Collaborate with underwriters, claims teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth post-sales service. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and networking activities to promote insurance offerings and brand awareness. Educate clients on risk management strategies and how insurance can be an effective financial tool. Key Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in selling health insurance, life insurance, and general insurance. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulatory compliance, and industry trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into closed policies. Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred. IRDAI license for insurance sales (mandatory or willingness to obtain),
