Roles & Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:

? Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the sales targets for life insurance products by acquiring new customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

? Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.

? Product Presentation: Conduct detailed discussions and presentations with prospects, explaining the benefits of Shriram Life Insurance products.

? Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

? Policy Renewal and Cross-Selling: Engage existing customers for policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell additional products.

? Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate information.

? Sales Documentation: Complete all documentation and paperwork related to policy issuance and renewals.

? Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

? Reporting: Report sales performance and customer feedback to the management on a regular basis.


Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum Graduation in any stream.

? Prior experience in sales of at least a year preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Should have been a Bangalore resident for at least 5 yrs.

? Max age 34 yrs, male candidates preferred

? Bike/DL mandatory
