As an insurance policy processor, your primary responsibility will be to process new insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner. You will be required to maintain and update policy records and documentation in the system efficiently. Addressing and resolving policyholder inquiries and issues promptly is also a key part of your role. It is essential for you to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to regulatory agencies as required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, with a fixed morning shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance verification. Fluency in English is required for this role. The work location is in Gurgaon, Haryana.
