Job Description
As an Insurance Manager based in Vijayawada with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile insurance, specifically focusing on new car insurance and renewals, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire vehicle insurance process. Your background in the automobile sector will be crucial for this role. Your main duties will include building and maintaining relationships with insurance providers to ensure competitive rates and service offerings, collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless insurance solutions to customers purchasing new vehicles, and managing the renewal process. This involves sending timely reminders, updating policies, and offering customer support as needed. It is essential to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to insurance and to monitor and analyze insurance claim trends to provide insights for process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to team members on insurance processes and best practices.
