Job Description
As an employee at INDEL HONDA, an authorized Honda car dealership located in Kadamkode, Chandranagar, Palakkad, you will be required to have experience in insurance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing insurance renewals and policy retention for customers, processing claims, and coordinating between customers and insurers. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting add-on covers and extended warranties, assisting customers with insurance queries and documentation, and maintaining insurance records and renewal databases to ensure smooth operations. Your main goal will be to achieve monthly renewal and upsell targets. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. You will be working day shifts remotely and will be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions to the team.
