As a Bancassurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the Bancassurance channel for our insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with partner banks, boosting sales through the bancassurance channel, and ensuring the attainment of business objectives. A successful candidate for this position should possess a dynamic personality, a profound knowledge of life insurance products, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven history of effectively managing bancassurance partnerships. Your key responsibilities will encompass: - Developing and maintaining Bancassurance partnerships - Generating sales and revenue through the channel - Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Providing excellent customer service to both partner banks and clients This role falls under the Banking Business Development-Health Insurance department and requires the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a 3-year diploma - Maximum age of 36 years - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in BFSI, sales, or any field sales/marketing role - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Knowledge in banking insurance sales or any banking product sales If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please send your CV to 8848001280.
