The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling insurance-related processes, ensuring seamless claim approvals, and coordinating with insurance providers to facilitate patient coverage. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients. Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-approvals, claim submissions, and follow-ups. Ensure accurate documentation of insurance claims and patient records. Assist in resolving insurance claim discrepancies and denials. Stay updated on insurance policies, medical coding, and regulatory changes. Educate patients on their insurance benefits and coverage details. Collaborate with the billing department and other medical professionals for smooth processing. Qualifications & Skills: MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS or equivalent medical degree required.
