Job Description

Handle end-to-end processing of insurance claims for financed E-Rickshaw vehicles. Liaise with customers to collect necessary documentation and understand the nature of claims. Work with insurance partners, garages, and legal teams to coordinate claim approvals, inspections, and settlements. Analyse and assess claim eligibility based on policy terms and customer documents. Provide legal insights and support on claims involving third-party liability, police reports, FIRs, or subrogation. Maintain accurate claim records in CRM systems and generate MIS reports for internal review. Proactively resolve customer grievances and disputes related to insurance claims, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct field visits (if required) to survey vehicles, verify claims, or assist in claim documentation. Educate customers about insurance procedures, claim timelines, and documentation requirements. Support the sales and recovery teams with legal and insurance-related inputs during vehicle repossession or asset recovery.
