Shift Timings:

• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (rotational shifts)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Instrument Technicians with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend to breakdown and shutdown maintenance promptly.

• Ensure smooth operation of instruments during assigned shifts with minimal downtime.

• Comply with PPE usage and work permit systems at all times.

• Prepare and execute instrument calibration schedules efficiently.

• Perform installation, calibration, and loop checking of field instruments such as:

  • Endress+Hauser

  • Yokogawa

  • Rosemount

  • Radix

  • Honeywell

• Minimize departmental overtime through efficient work practices.

• Follow and promote safety protocols among team members and contractors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation or related discipline

• 4-5 years of experience in pharma manufacturing is mandatory

• Proficient in troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
