Join our team at AnalytixLabs as a Learning Advisor in our B2C sales function! We're looking for someone who can drive new customer acquisition and build strong customer relationships. This role focuses on job-oriented upskilling courses in Analytics and Data Science. Location: Noida OR Gurgaon (Work from office) Remuneration: INR 3.5-4.5 LPA + Incentives & Benefits Key Responsibilities: New Customer Acquisition: Engage with leads from various marketing channels, counsel them on suitable learning tracks, and achieve revenue targets. Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide insights for product improvement. Operations and Reporting: Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and ensure high customer satisfaction. oakRequirements: 0-3 years of experience in Education Sales. Strong communication and counseling skills. Proactive in identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities. Experience with CRM tools, like LeadSquared and HubSpot, is preferred.,
