Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Datakrew, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's global growth by managing the end-to-end pre-sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include qualifying, researching, and nurturing potential customers, maintaining a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with the marketing and GTM Lead, and managing the complete pre-sales process from lead qualification to proposal submission. You will be tasked with building and delivering techno-commercial proposals tailored to client needs and business objectives, as well as acting as a coordinator between customers, the field sales team, and the internal technical team to ensure alignment and smooth handovers. Additionally, you will provide quick-turnaround support for customizing decks, proposals, and presentations based on client-specific requirements and field sales team inputs. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, EV, or automotive sectors. A high-level understanding of software integration techniques, APIs, and hardware-software integration is required, along with the ability to generate and nurture leads and manage the full sales cycle. Strong techno-commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying technical concepts into business language are essential qualities for this position. You will be expected to demonstrate strong presentation skills, comfort with customer-facing interactions, and a quick learning ability to adapt to Datakrew's evolving technologies and product offerings. Additionally, experience engaging with EV OEMs, automotive fleets, or IoT platforms, familiarity with CRM tools, and exposure to AI-driven analytics or SaaS-based platforms are considered advantageous.
