Job Description
Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at revmerito, a leading revenue management company in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls to hotels, as well as coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to hotels to generate leads and identify potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales targets. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Qualifications 1 -2 years of experience in Inside sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Industry.
