Job Description
Location- Gurgaon (WFO)
Budget- upto 4.8 LPA
Experience- 2-4 Years
Relevant experience- 2 years is needed
Notice period- Immediate-15 Days
Interview process- F2F only
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, providing information and assistance to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization's overall success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
