Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, exhibitions, referrals, and direct inquiries

  • Coordinate with field sales teams to follow up on quotations, customer meetings, and technical clarifications

  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with application and engineering teams

  • Manage CRM tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel health

  • Conduct virtual product demos and communicate technical advantages to potential clients

  • Generate and analyze reports on lead conversion, sales forecasting, and pipeline status

  • Handle pre- and post-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer needs

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
