Role Overview As a First-Level Counselor Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for students interested in studying in Germany. Your role includes speaking with potential students, understanding their preferences, collecting educational documents, and forwarding qualified leads to the senior counselors. Key Responsibilities Call & connect with students who have shown interest in studying abroad Share basic information about study options in Germany Collect necessary documents like mark sheets, resumes, etc. Maintain lead information in CRM tools or Google Sheets Follow up regularly to keep leads engaged Forward qualified leads to the next-level counselor/sales executive Who Can Apply Students pursuing BBA, BCom, BA, or Engineering (Final Year / Freshers welcome) Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus) Strong interest in education consulting / career counseling / sales Confident with calls and follow-up communication Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets What Youll Gain Experience in student counseling and inside sales Exposure to the overseas education industry Opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup Internship Certificate + Performance-based Letter of Recommendation Potential PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) for outstanding interns About Company: We are an education consultancy providing admission and visa services to students and helping with career counseling.,
