Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads via calls, messages, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and have ability to work efficiently and actively in a fast-paced environment.
