Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Executive at NoBroker.com, the world's top C2C online real estate platform with a large customer base and significant growth in the past year. The company is well-funded by investors like General Atlantic, Tiger Global, and SAIF Partners and is headquartered in Bangalore, employing over 4,000 professionals. Your main responsibilities will include selling subscription plans to NoBroker customers, building and maintaining relationships, providing effective solutions, and closing sales successfully. You will be required to make outbound calls using lead generation and secondary data, follow up consistently with new and existing leads, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service in accordance with company standards. It is crucial to stay energetic, articulate, and focused on closing deals to contribute to revenue growth. To qualify for this role, you should hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field (e.g., MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.) and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You are expected to maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily and be proficient in English and either Hindi or Kannada (mandatory), with Tamil/Telugu proficiency being optional. Additionally, you should be adept in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word, willing to work a 9-hour shift between 10 AM - 7 PM, and comfortable working 6 days a week with one weekday off.
