Position Title: Inside Sales Engineer Branch: UL Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. Department: Sales Reporting To: Business Head Location: Katraj, Pune Experience Required: 13 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in E&TC, Electrical, or Electronics An MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. CTC: As per interview and experienceKey Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in Inside Sales within the Industrial Automation domain Sound knowledge of the sales process for OEMs, System Integrators (SI), and Panel Builders (PB) Strong skills in customer mapping, lead nurturing, and sales conversion Time management and negotiation skills Business development and relationship management Customer support and follow-up Exposure to material import procedures Familiarity with sales documentation, order tracking, and supplier coordination Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Handle and respond to new business enquiries; track customer feedback through to order conversion Communicate with customers via email and phone to understand project targets and technical needs Process customer purchase orders promptly and accurately Track open sales orders and take necessary actions to complete transactions Coordinate with vendors for new product development, pricing, and costing Negotiate the best combination of price, quality, and delivery in line with company guidelines Draft and finalize sales and service agreements Offer customized technical solutions as per client project requirements Maintain and update key operational trackers like booking, stock, and dispatch sheets Conduct monthly stock reviews and ensure timely booking of orders Collaborate with the external sales team to meet and exceed collective targets Lead generation, pre-sales technical support, and proposal coordination Assist in establishing new business opportunities and partnerships Manage and support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) workflows Maintain supplier documentation and ensure records are updated regularly Monitor and report key performance metrics to optimize cost and improve efficiency,
