Position overview We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for customer support and inside sales. The role will also involve problem-solving to iterate our objectives and make them more relevant and easily implementable for customers. You will be at the front line of our business and in constant touch with the customers. Responsibilities Calls to potential customers and track lead conversion. Create, manage and track customers request using internal tools To be responsible for customer retention and the prevention of churn across our Customer base Oversee all inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, email and social media) for quality check. Measure and track Net Promoter Score, Customer Surveys and build a roadmap to improve it. Provide insights in client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, contributing to conversions, and minimizing churn Interview potential customers who arent reordering, find key reasons for such dropout and reduce the dropout Engage in key activity over social media Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer success and support Excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi Quick learner and a definitely a team player Self-driven, self-starter with very strong ownership of their work. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.,
