As a Sales Line Executive based in Lower Parel, Mumbai with 13 years of experience, your primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact for inbound sales calls. Your role involves guiding customers through the process of product selection, customization, and order placement to ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will be expected to handle sales inquiries over the phone with a high level of professionalism and expertise. Strong verbal communication skills in English are a must, while proficiency in Hindi or regional languages would be advantageous.
