Job Description
As a Sales Line Executive with 13 years of experience, you will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for inbound sales calls. Your role will involve guiding customers through product selection, customization, and order placement to ensure a superior customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include handling sales inquiries over the phone with professionalism, recommending products based on customer needs, assisting customers with sizing, fabrics, and customization, converting inquiries into confirmed sales, and maintaining accurate CRM records using Freshdesk. You will also be expected to coordinate with store and production teams to ensure order accuracy. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 13 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for retail, fashion, or e-commerce industry experience. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required, with proficiency in Hindi or regional languages considered a plus. A customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert customers over the phone are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools and phone systems is preferred, along with an energetic, patient, and service-oriented personality.
