support.
Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
? Infrastructure support for both server level as well as application level
? Interface between Business and IT Department
? Manage and Perform Technology Support at various Levels (L1 / L2 / L3), System Administration
? Setup jboss , tomcat and help team to keep it running
? SSL installation , product installation
? Windows VM setup and configuration
Skills & Competencies
? Thorough Know-how about IT architecture design, documentation, description of IT tasks and
processes
? Experience with typical automation approaches.
? Knowledge about IT Security Management
? Experience in acting as the interface between Business and IT Department
? Broad knowledge of common IT architectures and their peculiarities
? Broad experience with IT operations in big organizations, based on ITIL and usual ITSM- and
orchestration tools (big vendors and open source)
? Ability to communicate technical information and ideas to diverse audiences
? Strong analytical skills adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions
? Deep understanding of enterprise service provider operations and systems administration
? Experience with Cloud service providers
? Windows – Intermediate
? Linux/Unix – Intermediate
? Good interpersonal and communication skills – Written and Verbal. Exposure to International
clients is a must
Education
? Experience – 5-8 years
? Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Sciences/MCA
