Relevant Industry: Preferably from a Health n Wellness background Job Description / Job Responsibilities: Position Overview We're seeking an experienced IT Systems Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set across multiple platforms and technologies to support our growing digital business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while having significant input on our technical direction. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable technical infrastructure solutions - Configure and customize CRM systems to optimize customer relationship management - Set up and maintain ticketing systems for efficient support operations - Establish and manage cloud environments for applications and data storage - Develop and enhance e-commerce functionality on our web platforms - Configure APIs and ensure seamless integration between various systems - Create and optimize SQL databases for efficient data management - Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms - Recommend improvements to existing systems for better performance Desired Profile of the candidate: Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in systems architecture or technical solutions implementation - Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) - Experience with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.) - Proficiency in SQL database management and optimization - Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) - Knowledge of e-commerce platform setup and management - Understanding of API configuration and systems integration - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) [Desired] - Project management experience [Desired] Minimum Experience: 2 Years Compensation Range: Rs.4.5 to 6.5 LPA.
