Job Description
You will be responsible for leading B2B sales of TEEXMA, focusing on international markets and enterprise clients. Your role will involve developing winning sales strategies, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and identifying, pitching, and converting new business opportunities across offshoring, outsourcing, and client enlistment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful client delivery and satisfaction is crucial, as well as building and managing lasting relationships with global stakeholders such as CXOs and decision-makers. Traveling for client meetings, industry conferences, and international opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and manage a high-performing sales/account team. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IT Product Sales (not services/staffing), preferably in international environments. A bachelor's degree in engineering/IT/Business is required, and an MBA is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with prior experience working with global clients in B2B enterprise tech/SaaS. You should also demonstrate the ability to own revenue targets and effectively manage pipelines.,
