Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in network administration and security
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
