Role: Support Engineer - IT Experience - 1-5 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support at our prestigious client site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT System, server & network related issues, AV conferencing tools, and basic IT infrastructure to ensure seamless user experience and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support for Support basic IT control systems, Laptop/Desktop support network and desktop-level IT issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, user systems). AV systems including video conferencing, displays, projectors, speakers. Ensure asset tracking and inventory updates for AV/IT equipment. Handle daily operations of meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces; ensure systems are ready and functional. Troubleshoot IT Systems and software related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Coordinate with ISP /OEMs and backend teams for escalations and preventive maintenance. Maintain incident logs, service records, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Guide end-users during meetings or live events for AV setups. Requirements: Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of IT support Windows OS, hardware, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi, laptop, desktop configuration 15 years of hands-on experience in IT support /L1 or L2 Level system administrative roles. Familiarity with VC platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex) and AV systems like Crestron, Extron, Poly, etc. Willingness to work at client premises with a professional approach.,
