: Job Title: Brand Scout / Talent Scout Location: MUUCHSTAC, Borivali (Candidates within 15 km radius preferred) Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience: 24 Years (Freshers are also welcome) Salary:(based on experience and performance) About MUUCHSTAC MUUCHSTAC is a fast-growing mens grooming brand, focused on high-quality skincare, beard care, and hair care products. Were expanding our brand visibility and talent network, and are looking for a motivated individual to help scout influencers, brand advocates, models, and other talent on-ground and online. Key Responsibilities Scout Talent: Identify potential male and female influencers, content creators, college ambassadors, and models suitable for our brand online (social media) and offline (events, colleges, gyms, salons). Brand Representation: Clearly explain MUUCHSTACs brand, product range, and influencer collaboration opportunities. Data Collection: Gather contact details, social handles, and share initial pitch material. Maintain a detailed list of scouted individuals. Coordination: Work closely with the influencer marketing team to pass leads and assist with onboarding. Local Travel (Optional) : Visit events, colleges, grooming hubs, and public spaces nearby for scouting purposes. Assist in Shoots (Optional): Support in small brand campaigns or product photoshoots, if required. Requirements Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills Comfortable approaching new people and explaining collaboration ideas Strong observation and judgment for spotting personality and presentation Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and trends in the grooming/lifestyle space Must be located within 15 km of Borivali preference for candidates from Kandivali, Malad, Dahisar, Mira Road, Andheri, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your Current Salary and expected salary Work Location: In person,
