Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end brand projects in the realm of influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, demonstrating a strong ability to handle responsibilities effectively. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with social media and influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage influencer marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to brand goals and target audiences. Brand Collaboration: Work closely with brands to understand their vision, content needs, and overall marketing strategy to deliver impactful influencer campaigns. Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers and creative teams to generate engaging and high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with brands, influencers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Knowledge of Shoots (Add-On): Leverage your understanding of shoots to oversee and contribute to content production when necessary. Qualifications: Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and reporting. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi or Mumbai. Additional Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the nuances of shoots and content production is a plus.
