We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to spearhead and implement influencer campaigns across various social platforms. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, managing influencer databases, and nurturing long-term relationships. It is essential to possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of digital trends, and the ability to cultivate relationships with influencers that resonate with our brand values and marketing objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, researching, and onboarding influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others. - Building and overseeing influencer databases while fostering enduring relationships. - Assisting in strategizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and enhancing brand awareness. - Negotiating deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers or their representatives. - Coordinating campaign briefs, ensuring influencers comprehend brand expectations, and tracking content delivery. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and generating detailed reports. - Staying abreast of trends in influencer marketing, social media, and popular culture. - Collaborating with internal teams (social media, creative, content) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing objectives. - Managing influencer gifting, product dispatches, and follow-ups.
