You are a proactive and relationship-driven professional sought to lead the outreach and coordination of guest speakers, primarily influencers, subject matter experts, and thought leaders for our monthly webinars. Your role entails possessing strong communication skills, an understanding of influencer engagement, and the ability to manage end-to-end webinar execution in collaboration with internal teams. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying relevant influencers and guest speakers within the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction) who align with our audience. You will be sending personalized outreach messages, managing follow-ups, and building long-term relationships with potential speakers. Additionally, you will set up introductory calls, manage availability, and finalize participation and speaking topics with the speakers. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for coordinating promotional content, creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and technical setup. You will handle webinar scheduling, invites, dry runs, and live execution, which includes briefing the speakers and ensuring their preparedness. Furthermore, maintaining structured outreach logs, responses, speaker confirmations, and attendee data post-event is part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in outreach, influencer marketing, partnerships, or client relationship roles is highly desirable.
