Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing infection prevention and control protocols and policies for the hospital. Your role will involve monitoring and tracking infection trends and outbreaks within the facility, as well as conducting regular surveillance of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Additionally, you will coordinate and oversee infection control audits and inspections to ensure compliance with protocols. Implementing strategies for preventing the spread of infectious diseases in the hospital will be a key aspect of your job. This includes enforcing practices such as hand hygiene, isolation procedures, and sterilization protocols. You will also be required to provide education and training to hospital staff on infection control practices and the proper utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Sc. in Nursing along with a Certificate Program in Infection Prevention and Control. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Please note that only female candidates are being considered for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule.
