Job Description

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws like the Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and Minimum Wages Act. Conduct audits to check compliance with PF, ESIC, and LWF regulations. Industrial Relations & Local Authority Engagement: Manage relations with labor authorities, unions, and local bodies. Handle industrial disputes, strikes, and legal risks related to labor cases. Workforce Planning & Optimization: Plan manpower needs, shifts, and peak season requirements. Implement biometric attendance and leave tracking systems. Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive engagement programs, grievance handling, and onboarding for contract workers. Improve retention strategies and worker satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 10+ years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in manufacturing/logistics. Strong knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and union negotiations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
