Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Layout and typeset documents using Adobe InDesign according to established templates or custom requirements. Import and format text, tables, images, and graphics to produce professional documents. Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure accuracy and visual appeal. Apply and maintain consistent formatting, styles, and templates across multiple documents. Prepare files for printing and digital distribution (e.g., PDF exports, preflight checks). Make revisions and corrections as requested by clients or internal teams. Manage file organization, version control, and archiving of completed projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe InDesign (Creative Cloud version preferred). Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience with print production and digital publishing standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
