You will be a Sr Analyst in the Freight Cost Optimization team within the Merch FDS&A organization. Your primary role will involve providing data-driven analytics support to the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Data Analysis & Insights**: Utilizing advanced analytics to analyze data, identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - **Data Management**: Gathering, wrangling, and preparing data accurately to enable meaningful analyses while following analytical best practices. - **Collaboration & Leadership**: Working with Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists to reach function goals and drive continuous improvement. - **Self-Leadership**: Operating effectively within a matrixed organization, showing initiative, and delivering high-quality outcomes independently.
