Job Description
As the Mechanical Maintenance In charge for LMTG facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in various areas including Heavy Machine Shops, Fabrication Shops, Assembly Shops, Blade Shop, and Testing facilities such as High Speed Balancing facility and Generator testing facility. Additionally, you will be managing Utilities like Material Handling Equipment including EOT Cranes, Semi Gantry Cranes, Gantry Cranes, HVAC Systems for Admin, Coil Shop, Air Conditioning Systems for offices, CNC machines, Centralized Air compressors, and Centralized NG line. Your key responsibilities will include conducting Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Major Preventive Maintenance, Reconditioning and Overhauling of equipment, as well as Upgradation of equipment when necessary. You will also be involved in enhancing team skills through Training and Development projects, ensuring adherence to Integrated Management System procedures, planning for spares, monitoring department budget, initiating safety improvement projects, and implementing machine availability improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will be required to provide technical coordination for New Capital Expenditures to support the growth and efficiency of the facilities under your supervision. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of the mechanical equipment and systems, contributing to the overall productivity and operational excellence of the organization.,
