Role Description This is a full-time role for an Inbound Sales Specialist at Equitysoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Inbound Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks that include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the customer experience, and promoting sales through effective communication. The Specialist will also support customers by addressing their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
