Job Description
Agoda Process: - Customer Service Associate Job Role: - 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels. 2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Agodas customer service guidelines. 3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction. Qualification: - 1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. 2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Salary: - 1. Fresher: 21K CTC 17K in hand 2. Experience: Upto 24K CTC 21K in hand. Extra Benefits: - 1. Performance Incentives.
