Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice process, preferably within an international BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work day shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
