Position Title : In-process QA Engineer Department : QUALITY Location : K-249, MIDC Waluj Education: DME / BE-Mechanical. Skills and Work Experience: 1. Good knowledge of press / fabrication process, their control parameters and related process defects. 2. Good analytical skills. 3. Manpower handling skills. 4. Good knowledge of all measuring techniques, measuring instruments / Gauges. 5. Knowledge of working in Microsoft word , excel, power point 2 - 3 Years Annual Salary: Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for in process & final quality of compact frame. 2. Zero customer complaints / field complaints 3. Regular communication with customer / customer representative for quality related updates / issues. 4. Analysis of quality issues and plan for CA/PA. 5. Daily deployment of inspectors on line. 6. Training and up gradation of the quality inspectors. 7. Daily process audit and action plan for closure of audits NCs.,
