As an Imports and Exports Manager specializing in Health Care Equipment, you will be responsible for managing import and export operations related to medical devices, surgical equipment, and pharmaceuticals. With 5-10 years of experience in this field, you will oversee the end-to-end workflows, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tax laws, and export incentives. Your role will involve negotiating shipping rates, managing documentation, monitoring risks, and driving process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth shipping and clearance processes. You will also be tasked with optimizing financial and trade costs through effective negotiation and utilization of incentives. Moreover, you will prepare and audit trade documents while maintaining accurate records for compliance checks and reporting purposes. In this position, you will play a crucial role in risk management by monitoring regulatory changes, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will lead process audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance import/export operations efficiency.
