Job Description

You should have a work experience of 3-5 years in Import Export, preferably in the agro industry. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with the sales team and planning department, managing pre-shipment and post-shipment details, liaising with clearing agents for booking information, communicating with brokers and buyers for document and contract details, and maintaining accurate shipment records. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the CHA, communicating with suppliers and buyers, sending trade confirmations and contracts, monitoring daily trade activities, preparing a complete set of documents related to imports, having knowledge of pre and post-shipment documentation, following up on sample quality reports, and staying updated on vessel movements. This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years.
