Job description Maintain Compliance and documentation such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product. Keep track of the client order process to ensure timely supply. Email and Tel communication with CHA's for customs clearance and Documentation. Knowledge of pre. and post shipment documentation. Prepare & maintain MIS consisting of a list of clients. Prepare a complete set of documents pertaining to import/export. Co- ordination with Factory/ production for container loading. Required Candidate profile (Any Graduate, B. Com) Good knowledge of export LC bank documents. Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions. To Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination. Communication with shipping lines for best freight rates, vessel details and getting DO. Planning shipments as per buyers requirement. Knowledge of pre. and post shipment documentation.
