Role Requirement: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Logistics Executive to manage and streamline our import-export operations, ensuring end-to-end compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders, manage licenses like Advance License & SVB, and maintain efficient logistics operations including local transport and vendor management. Manage complete import/export documentation including checklist preparation, Bill of Entry (BOE), shipping documents, and customs clearance. Handle Advance License, EPCG, SVB processes, and ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory authorities. Track international freight movement and coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for timely delivery. Oversee local logistics and transportation arrangements for inward and outward shipments. Monitor and update MIS reports related to imports, exports, duties, and shipment status. Develop and manage a strong vendor base for logistics, transportation, and packaging needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on import-export policies, compliance, and duty structures. Work with internal teams (Purchase, Accounts, Production) to ensure smooth logistics coordination. Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement in supply chain functions. Education & Industry Preference: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Diploma/Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain) 56 years of hands-on experience in import-export logistics and compliance In-depth knowledge of BOE, DGFT regulations, Advance License, SVB procedures Proficiency in working with freight tracking systems, MS Excel, and ERP systems Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Candidates: Experience in manufacturing, trading, or export-import firm VFT Culture: Our team is diverse, international and shares the drive to make a difference and create change.
