The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of customs regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customs clearance processes for imports, ensuring compliance with regulations. 2. Lead and supervise a team of CHAs and support staff. 3. Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, and internal teams. 4. Ensure timely and efficient clearance of shipments. 5. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures. 6.
