Location: Kochi Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/MCA/BTech Experience: 5+ years of experience We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our team. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction. Responsibilities: To implement, Install, Configure Software onsite. To sort out software issues with the development team. To develop and modify SQL scripts to install new clients and new functionality for clients. To consult external vendors to configure server domains, routers, firewall, SSL certificate and web services. To assist with client database script customization and troubleshooting. To execute test plans, document issues, communicate and prioritize bugs with the development team for new software releases. To work closely with clients and solve customer queries regarding the Implementation of Software. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibility level of this position. Requirements: Good Communication Skills in English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory. To conduct the scope study at client site and able to communicate with Development Team.
