As a Solution Architect specializing in AI and automation, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive solutions for contact center and back-office operations. Your role will involve leading architectural discussions, developing architectures for Generative AI use cases, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will guide the implementation team on best practices, perform architecture reviews, and stay updated on emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies relevant to the industry. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud-native applications. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, hands-on experience with major public cloud providers, and proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python are essential. Additionally, experience in delivering Generative AI solutions and knowledge of microservices, APIs, data platforms, and security are valuable assets. Preferred qualifications include certifications in cloud architecture, direct experience with contact center platforms and RPA tools, as well as a background in regulated industries. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and experience with Agile and DevOps delivery models are also desired.
