An Implementation Consultant in Food & Beverage Systems is responsible for the installation, education, and project management of Oracle Hospitality Food & Beverage solutions and related interfaces. You will be at Career Level - IC2. Your essential credentials and experience include previous experience with Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B software, a tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field, knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures, familiarity with relational database management systems like Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server, good understanding of TCP/IP networks, PCs, and troubleshooting techniques, as well as knowledge of Hardware such as Workstations, Printers, and peripherals. Your professional skills should encompass analytical problem-solving, project management, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. You must be proficient in English. Your abilities should demonstrate credibility to work effectively with clients at all levels, the capability to work independently or as part of a team, creative thinking skills to generate new ideas, self-initiative, ability to work under stress, and flexibility with people, time, and shifts. Special requirements include the ability to work overtime, public holidays, and in shifts. Your duties and responsibilities will involve installing and configuring the Oracle Hospitality F&B product suite, training application software with a good understanding of current F&B management techniques, handling hardware like Workstations, Printers, and peripherals, providing knowledge on restaurant operating procedures, adhering to training and installation standards, collaborating with the My Oracle Support global support system, exceeding service level requirements, actively participating in education and training courses, ensuring quality assurance of new software releases, and submitting project reports timely.
