Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Technical Expertise: Handle ERP integration and collaborate on technical challenges.
- Process Improvement: Enhance implementation processes and maintain documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams for smooth transitions.
- Reporting: Track KPIs and provide updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years in SaaS implementation and ERP integration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, client communication, and technical abilities.
