Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Manage and mentor the implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Technical Expertise: Handle ERP integration and collaborate on technical challenges.
• Process Improvement: Enhance implementation processes and maintain documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams for smooth transitions.
• Reporting: Track KPIs and provide updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 8-10 years in SaaS implementation and ERP integration.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, client communication, and technical abilities.
