As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. Your role involves analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing will be crucial for successful project implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing for a specific business function. - Analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes to enhance performance across the function. - Defining parts of the organization to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing. - Providing guidance and support to end-users throughout and after the implementation process. Required Professional & Technical Skills: - Expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing. - Knowledge of other Oracle PPM Cloud modules like Project Management and Resource Management. - Strong grasp of business processes and process improvement methodologies. - Experience in defining organizational parts for optimized processes and efficiency. - Proven experience in leading Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing implementation for a specific business function. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing. - An educational background with an MBA qualification is necessary. - The ideal candidate will have a strong educational foundation in technology consulting, business administration, or related fields, and a track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based in Bengaluru.,
