We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mathematics Teacher for our IIT-Foundation Program who can inspire and prepare students from classes VI to X for future IIT-JEE entrance exams. The ideal candidate must have a strong conceptual understanding of mathematics and the ability to simplify complex topics. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver IIT Foundation level mathematics classes for students of Grades VI to X. Develop and implement micro-level lesson plans aligned with the IIT Foundation curriculum. Prepare students for competitive exams with strong focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving. Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assessments to track student progress. Provide individual support and doubt-clearing sessions as required. Coordinate with academic coordinators and report progress periodically. Encourage logical thinking and analytical skills through classroom activities. Maintain academic records and participate in parent meetings as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field. B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in IIT-Foundation or competitive coaching institutions. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and student development. Familiarity with NCERT and competitive syllabus alignment.
